How to Use This Tool
- 1. Add your initiative - Type the name of your initiative in the box below and click "Add"
- 2. Select the initiative - Click on the initiative from your list (it will be automatically selected when added)
- 3. Place on the matrix - Click anywhere on the 9-box grid to position your initiative marker based on its Impact (vertical axis) and Level of Effort (horizontal axis)
💡 Tip: Position matters! Top-left (Quick Wins) = high impact, low effort. Bottom-right (Resource Trap) = low impact, high effort.
