👋 How to use this dashboard:
1. Go to Settings to configure your Tools, Timeline, and Managers.
2. Set your SLA Target (Days) in the green box to the right.
3. Click on a Manager's Tab to enter their data (Age & Count).
4. The system will automatically color-code the inputs (Green/Red) based on your SLA and calculate the Weighted Averages.
